On the menu for this evening? A big lard of fat! People intake so much fat these days in so many ways, it’s a wonder that we all just don’t take a day every year and do that so then we can store it all year, hording it like hibernating bears.

Some diets cut the fat out totally; if you’re not ready for that yet though, why not try reducing the fat by cycling it out? The premise is fairly straightforward as you can imagine; during the phases of the diet you cycle in and out your fat intake. This is a good idea especially for people who are hooked to their saturated fats and high fructose snacks as it gives you a little of what you’re used to and then totally shifts it around so that you can balance the scales and maintain some sense of normalcy while still taking off the pounds an unlearning the bad behavior.
For the fat addicts out there may be methods for how to eat a low fat diet which works for you. Some may even wish to go cold turkey and get demoted to the no fat diet. That may be a little too much for some.
