Teenage Diet Plan
Teens are notorious for eating food which is not good for them. Tasting freedom from the rigidity and restrictions of their parents’ diets for them is an experience that’s tough to describe. As we all tend to do in life, teens gravitate towards what’s pleasing without much thought beyond that meal.
The best diet for a teenager is no different than for anyone else, save one key fact: most teens can eat a lot more than adults, and should, as their young bodies begin to stretch and contort in ways that may be difficult for them to understand. But teens still need fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, with the correct servings of vitamins and protein.
However, modern teens are inextricably linked to a number of problems of their own doing. One of these problems is teens who are overweight (or NOT overweight) and they starve themselves. This, as you know, is not good and can cause irreparable damage. It also reinforces bad habits as teens strive to be slimmer and fitter. What they don’t realize is that living off pixie sticks of Frappicinos not only speeds up their heart and corrodes their teeth, but it also sends a straight shot of hundreds or thousands (think Quad-venti-with-whip-mocha-caramel-frap and you get the idea) of calories straight to those places you covet the most; your trim tummy, slender hips, and taught behind. So maintaining a comprehensive teenage diet menu plan is very important.
Teens also today are finding themselves needing to deal with this next scenario more and more; teenage pregnancy diet plans. For teens who are not even yet fully formed persons themselves having children is a Molotov-cocktail with possibly damaging and potentially worse consequences. If you know a teen who has gotten pregnant it’s important for you to stress and urge her to keep in close contact and follow the guidance of her physician.
There is no one single easy diet for teenagers; some teens discover they have diabetes and then have to deal with that; others discover they are allergic to some foods or decide they want to avoid Trans fats or anything else that crazy kids can think of. Like () said, “Kids say the darndest things.”
