Atkins Diet was also shown to be attributed to more diarrhea, overall weakness, rash, and muscle cramps. Atkins harshest critics have said that “no evidence” has been shown that any diet can case weight loss unless it reduces food energy below sustainable level and that weight loss from Atkins is the result of only less food energy being consumed.
