Feingold Diet
There are many group associations that offer services and membership in exchange for a usually nominal fee. These groups offer assistance for anything from playing video games to solving very difficult math problems; there are groups for both and everything in between.
One of the great tasks we all struggle with is bringing up a healthy family should we decide to have offspring. We always want what is best for our children; some parents resort to extreme measures in order to ensure this well being. Thought to help children with learning and health symptoms and various behavior problems, the Feingold Association has created the Feingold diet.
The Feingold diet is publicized as being “real food without additives or aspirin-like chemicals.” The Feingold diet is primarily for children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) though it can be used for anyone it is targeted for people with ADHD. The Feingold website claims their success rate is 90%.
Not a “hard” diet, per say, it is especially easy for children whose parents buy all the food and who haven’t been bought up into any of the bad habits of a person of any age who’s been able to snack and eat junk food.
Strikingly, sugar is not barred on this diet. You ca get all the benefits of membership, which includes the Feingold diet plan for ADHA and access to experts at the Feingold weight loss clinic.
Membership in the Feingold Association is relatively inexpensive and all the information is available on their website.

The Feingold Association adds another level of support for families dealing with the debilitating effects of ADHD. Their diet plan is simple and all the foods can be bought in most stores.
